Katrena Upton
January 18, 1935 — April 25, 2017
Mrs. Upton was born January 18, 1935, in Winona, MS, to the late Clifton and Mamie Hawkins. She was a member of East End Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Upton was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include her husband, Charlie Upton of Columbus, MS, sons, Terry Upton and his wife Sue of Columbus, MS, and Dewayne Upton and his wife Carol of Columbus, MS, brothers, Jimmy Hawkins of Brandon, MS, and Doris Hawkins of Jackson, MS, sister, Juanita Huffman of Winona, MS, grandchildren, Becky Upton, Melissa Duke and her husband Jeremy, and Carey Upton and his wife Brynn, and great grandchildren, Dalton Speed, Kelsi Speed, Alexis Mason, Madelyn Mason, Carsyn Upton, and Presley Upton.
Pallbearers will be Carey Upton, Dalton Speed, Jeremy Duke, Tommy Neal, John Stockton, and Travis Berry.
