Elbert Earl Lawrence age 90, died Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Columbus. Services will be held Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Bill Duncan officiating. Burial with U.S. Navy Honors will follow at Memorial Gardens of Columbus. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
Mr. Lawrence was born on Wednesday, May 11, 1927 in Meridian, MS to the late Elbert Foster and Edna Connell Lawrence. He was a member of East End Baptist Church and a U.S. Navy WWII Veteran. He was a retired branch manager for Southern Pipe.
