FRANCES KUYKENDALL

Frances Lantz Kuykendall age 85, died Thursday, July 13, 2017 at her residence in Columbus. Services will be held Sunday, July 16, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel; burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Kuykendall was born on Friday, July 31, 1931 in Noxubee County, MS to the late Herbert and Lucile Cole Lantz. Mrs. Kuykendall was a graduate of Mississippi University for Women, (MUW), and a retired school teacher. She was an artist and an avid gardener and crafter. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Edward L. Kuykendall.
