Sandra Kay Bowen Atkins age 56 died Friday, July 28, 2017 at her residence in Columbus. Memorial services will be held Monday, July 31, 2017 at1:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop Tod Seaton officiating; visitation will be held on hour prior to service at the funeral home.
Sandra was born on Saturday, April 15, 1961 in Columbus, MS to Bobby Bowen and the late Dorothy Taylor Butler. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her daughter Kasandra Leigh Fowler and her brothers Bobby Gene Bowen and Wayne Bowen.
