Mr. Criddle was born June 9, 1937, in Bartahatchie, MS, to the late James Thomas and Lucy Corbell Criddle. He served in the United States Army and was a retired truck driver. Mr. Criddle was a member of the Caledonia Open Door Worship Center.
Suvivors include his wife, Peggy Sue Criddle of Caledonia, MS, sons, Benny Jones and his wife Sherrie of Hamilton, MS, Paul Criddle of Caledonia, MS, and Dennis Criddle and his wife Cheryl of Crestwood, KY, brother, T. J. Criddle of Caledonia, MS, sisters, Myrtle Lou Burke of Caledonia, MS, Mabel Criddle of Canton, MS, Margaret Harper and her husband Johnny of Columbus, MS, and Myra Haby of Castroville, TX, grandchildren, Amber Jones, Tyler Jones, Hailee Jones, Brandon Criddle, Devin Criddle, Trudie Jurhs, Dennis Criddle, and Jeremy Criddle, and 7 great grandchildren.
