James W. Cochrane age 82, died Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Columbus. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Aliceville Memorial Gardens in Aliceville, AL. Gunter & Peel Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Cochrane was born on Friday, December 21, 1934 in Aliceville, AL to the late Sam and Louise Martin Cochrane. He was a retired maintenance employee at the Alabama Cotton Mill. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Katherine Cochrane, and his brothers, Wallace, Charles, and Eugene Cochrane.
