MARY VIRGINIA TATE

Mary Virginia Tate age 77 died Thursday, January 11, 2018 at her residence in Columbus. Services will be held Monday, January 15, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Memorial Gunter Peel 2nd Ave N. Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Ray officiating, burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday from 6 until 8 at Memorial Gunter Peel 2nd Ave.

Mrs. Tate was born on Sunday, July 14, 1940 in Starkville, MS to the late Samuel DUNN and Bertha Nell Brown Langford. She was of the Baptist faith and was a retired daycare worker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Hugh Tate her brothers, Leroy Langford, Frank Langford, and S.D Langford and her granddaughter Virginia Kay Sanders.
