PEGGY R. BROWNLEE

Peggy R. Brownlee age 82 died Friday, January 12, 2018 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Columbus MS. A Mass of Resurrection will be held on Thursday, January 18 at 2:00 p.m.   at Annunciation Catholic Church with Fr. Gerry Hurley officiating.  Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:30  until service time at the church. Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home 2 nd Ave N. is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Brownlee was born on Friday, January 03, 1936 in Columbus, to the late Woodrow  and Reppie Jean Logan Richards. She graduated from S.D. Lee High School in 1953. Peggy was a communicant of Annunciation Catholic Church and a retired bookkeeper for Annunciation Catholic Church and Dr. Bernard Ellis. She served as a secretary in student services at Mississippi University For Women.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John Harvey Brownlee, Jr.
