Sara C. Noah age 96 died Saturday, April 07, 2018 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Columbus. Services will be held Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Memorial Gunter Peel Chapel with Dr. Shawn Parker officiating. Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 9:30 AM until service time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Noah was born on Monday, December 12, 1921 in Choctaw County, MS to the late M.E. "Gene" and Linnie Bagwell Catledge. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Columbus and a retired catalog manager for Sears. Mrs. Noah was a former member, and current emeritus member of the Columbus Pilot Club. She also served as the past district Lt. Govenor and Govenor for the Pilot Club International. She was a volunteer at Trinity Place Retirement Community coordinating bingo games for the residents.

Survivors include her daughters NS sons-in-law Betty Lynn Noah Brooks and Ed, Spicewood, TX and Fran Noah Hankins and Reggie, Columbus, MS. She is also survived by four grandchildren Deborah West, Melanie Waters, Cara Sims and Craig Bledsoe and eight great grandchildren.

The Pallbearers will be Jeff Sims, Ryan Sims, Craig Bledsoe, Bobby Patrick, Bunk Harpole, and Danny Mullins. The Honorary Pallbearers will be Dot Burdeshaw Sunday School Class and the Columbus Pilot Club.
