PHYLLIS LAWRENCE

Phyllis Ann Lawrence age 86 died Saturday, April 14, 2018 at her residence in Columbus. Services will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Memorial Gunter Peel 2nd Ave N. Chapel with Dr. Bill Duncan and Rev. Byron Benson officiating, burial will follow at Memorial Gardens of Columbus. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Lawrence was born on Monday, June 01, 1931 in Boston, MA to the late     Augustin and Altena Hayes Bacon. She was a member of East End Baptist Church and a retired employee of Monograms Plus. She was an excellent seamstress and loved by all who knew her. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Elbert E. Lawrence, her daughter Marcia Lawrence, and her brother John “Sonny” Lawrence.
