Mel Howton officiating; burial will follow at Egger Cemetery . Visitation will be held at Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home 2nd Ave N. Monday, April 23, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM

Rebecca was born on Friday, August 28, 1964 in Charleston, SC to the late Bobby Warren and Nelda Smith Brewer. She was a member of New Salem Baptist Church and a paralegal.
