JAMES “DOUG” FERGUSON

James Douglas Ferguson age 68 died Saturday, June 09, 2018 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Columbus. Services will be held Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Memorial Gunter Peel Chapel with Rev. Mike Hall officiating; burial will follow at Egger Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Ferguson was born on Friday, December 16, 1949 in Reform, AL to the late     Willlie Marvin and Nancy Jane Swedenburg Ferguson, Sr. He was member of New Salem Baptist Church in Reform, AL and a retired tow truck driver. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister Irene Webb, his mother and father-in-law William Marvin (Bill) and Allie Faye Wood, and 3 nephews.
