Martha Elizabeth Stanback
March 1, 1937 — July 19, 2018
Mrs. Stanback was born March 1, 1937, in Warrensburg, MO, to the late William Edward and Stella Robbins Johnson. She received her undergraduate degree from Central Missouri State University. Mrs. Stanback reveived her
Master's degree from the University of Mississippi where she met her late husband, Dr. Charles Oliver Stanback. She was a member of Women's Aglow and also started the Christian Women's Fellowship. In addition to her parents
and husband, Mrs. Stanback was preceded in death by her son, Charles William Stanback.
Survivors include her daughter, Janet Stanback Austin of Columbus, MS, sons, Brad Stanback and his wife Voula of Columbus, MS, and Dr. John Stanback and his wife Courtney of Columbus, MS, grandchildren, Ashley Nicole
Stanback, Charles William Stanback, Jr., Philip Reaves Stanback, Sara Elizabeth Austin, Kathryn Elizabeth Stanback, Charles William Austin, James Robert Austin, Rachel Chaire Stanback, John Neil Stanback, and Charles
Bradley Stanback, and great grandson, Oliver Roosevelt Pounders.
Pallbearers will be Charles Stanback, John Neil Stanback, Jason Pounders, Alex Nettles, Brian Gildea, and Philip Stanback.
