Darvin Dwayne Pitts age 78 died Monday, July 23, 2018 at his residence in Columbus. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Clark Richardson officiating.
Mr. Pitts was born on Friday, January 26, 1940 in Mississippi to the late Darvin and Sybolene Brown Pitts. He was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and a U.S. Marine Veteran having served in the Viet Nam War. Mr. Pitts was a retired employee of Omnova Solutions. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy May Pitts.
