Bonnie Sessum

Bonnie Mae Sessum age 91 died Friday, August 10, 2018 at her residence in Caledonia.  Services will be held Monday, August 13, 2018 at 11:00 AM at New Salem Baptist Church with Rev. Mel Howton officiating. Burial will follow at Egger Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday one hour prior to service at the church.

Mrs. Sessum was born on Thursday, September 23, 1926 in Ellisville, MS to the late  James Franklin and Elizabeth Sumrall Shoemake. She was a member of New Salem Baptist Church and a homemaker.  She loved working with her flowers and helping others as long as she was able. Her greatest love was spending as much time as possible with her family whom she treasured. She always said her happiest of times was when they were all together. She missed being with her church family and appreciated everyone who kept in touch with her. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by nine siblings, and a precious grandson, Chris Gaddy.
